Does not dump ice and water is dispensed very slow.

Check and see if you are getting water to the icemaker.  Be sure that the fill tube for the icemaker is not frozen. If it is, pull it out and run it under cold water to remove the ice, and re-install.   Sounds like you most likely have sentiment built up in your water valve causing low water pressure.  If it is frozen,  change the water valve.

When was the last time you changed your water filter?

Icemaker produces ice but the auger that should push the icecubes out the shoot does not turn.
To get water I need to hold the lever in for up to 30 second to get a flow started. Filter was changed last week.

I have had to change the filter head on several of these lately. The inside of them scales up and cannot pass thru the tiny apertures to be filtered. Usually in hard-water  locations and infrequent frilter changes contributed.
