whirlpool washer will not fill

will not fill with either hot or cold on any cycle.
water inlet solenoids are good, tested with 110 v externally, both worked.
only getting 26 v at water inlet terminals.
pressure tube looks good
washer has ATC feature.
ATC unit, load sensor, CCU, any ideas ?

It's a 4.0 CF top loader, 40 cycle from Clyde, Ohio.
I was able to find an owners manual and parts list for the above model.

I also cant look up that model#  No results found for "WTW58ESVW0" <---That is from Whirlpool's site.  Lift the lid on your washer and give us the model # off the machine please.

If that machine is a fairly new one you void or mess up the warranty by trying to repair it yourself.

It's fairly new, ATC, load sensing, etc.
Just over a year old, assuming out of warranty as well if they are for 12 months.
Trying to determine if the pressure switch is faulty and would not send 120 v to inlet solenoids.

Yea, I bet it is the pressure switch.  I have changed a bunch of them on the new whirlpools because of a no fill issue.  It's hardly ever the timer.

OK, since all you guys seem to be in the guessing mood, let me put my 2 cents in there...the ATC board powers the valves on this washer. If there is 120 volts at the  input to the ATC but  low voltage at the  valve, it doesn't take rocket science to figger out what's up. That does not show to be a valid model number.  Here's the TECH SHEET for the WTW58 series as an example.

From Jimbo's tech sheet I see a sensor associated with the ATC switch. If that sensor was open then that switch wouldn't know what to do am I right? As far as the pressure switchs being a problem with these it is good to know. Is this washer a direct drive or 3 phase brushless wonder?
