Washing Error problem - Fridgidaire Dishwasher

My sons dishwasher keeps showing a "washing Er S" and blinking lights. What does this mean?
The unit is a Fridgidaire Professional Series, model PLD4555RFC2. Please help.

This means that the Hall sensor is bad, probably the one in the upper vent damper on the tub. I have found this and also the detergent dispenser sensor to fail on these after a few years. The service manual for the Icon dishwasher may help you figger this out.
