Admiral dryer heats but doesn't tumble

While drying earlier it just clicked and stopped turning.  After being myself and disassembling it, I come to find that there is a bracket with a white wheel on it laying on the bottom of the machine, obviously not where it belongs.  My question is where does it go, how do I get it there, and how do i put the belt back on correctly?

You place the idler into the slot in the floor and raise is upwards stick the belt through the idler and onto the motor pulley,it helps if you have someone hold the drum for you. Before that you need to check the rollers and try to figure out what broke the belt. One other thing, if that belt is twisted it will break in 2.5 seconds after you start the dryer.
