out of balance after 4 years

washer sits firmly on floor,  springs are all good.   machine now vibrates bad. any suggestions?  what to look for.   i know when these washers first came out there  was a problem.   thanks for any help...

The base is triangle shaped and the skate plate is too. Both should be lined up with each other. All shipping pins need to be removed. The tub also has a balance ring above it and springs below. (Click pix to enlarge)
