Frigidaire freezer

Frigidaire FFU20FC4AW1 Freezer. Checked the 3 pins on my compressor. From top to bottom on 1 side read 6.4 ohms. the other read 3.0, while the 2 at bottom read 9.3. Could this be a bad compressor? The compressor makes a buzzing noise then after a while it stops and doesn't cool.  Also should the capacitor connected to the relay have continuity.

The compressor is fine. The trouble is probably the start relay or the overload protector.

The best way to read any capacitor is with a digital capacitor meter.
I have found very few refrigerator capacitors that read bad.
The problem as stated is most likely the relay/overload device.
