Maytag Washer clothes are soaked

I have a similar issue.

Have checked the control board, doesn;t seem to have an issue.

When it cycles (Im holding the door button so i can see the tub) it will turn CW a few times and CCW a few times (around 3) and then prior to going into a faster spin it locks

any ideas??
