LER4634JQ0 how to attach Front Bearing Felt??

Hiya,
 29" Electric Whirlpool Dryer here with no knowledge on how to fix myself
Front Drum Bearing ReplacementI jut got the replacement kit, (Felt, 2 pieces, tube of adhesive) plastic ring (bearing?)
Now, what da heck am I supposed to do?
One thing I have noticed is that when i put the felt pieces around the ring just to see what's up they do NOT meet..on the old ring, there was felt all the way around, that is how I broke the old ring, trying to take the old felt off,
I did manage to replace the belt and the idler wheels and the wheel that the belt goes on but this is kikkin my rear panel I need visual instructions if possible...or a really ,REALLY good 1st grade teacher to talk me through this but right now I will take anything just about, i have to admit that I really should have called the repair guy for this one, but i have way too much money invested in this part, what with next day delivery etc., that I feel i have to do this on my own. Anybody? *help*?
