SubZero 550 water in refrigerator

I keep finding water in the refrigerator part under the drawers.  It is dripping down from what looks like a drain in the back a channel that goes across the back and then in the middle down a pipe.  The channel gets full of water and it won't go down the pipe and then overflows into the bottom of the fridge cabinet.  Any ideas what is wrong?

Blow out the drain tube, then add 1-2 oz. of bleach down the  hole to  remove any residual algae.

How should I blow it out?  With an air compressor or??  Where will all the stuff come out so I can have something there to catch it.

the drain tube terminates at the drip pan by the compressor! thats where it will come out.

This compressors are on the top of the fridge on the sub zero.  The drain pan is under the bottom of the fridge.  I see the drain tube but is impossible to get to to blow it out as is is underneth.
