Will not agitate

GE washer will spin but not agitate. Any isea on the problem and how to fix??

There is a Tech manual in the console of the washer.
Check the water level switch for continuity on the full tub setting.
I have found several that will fill and stop filling yet not send the signal to the timer to start agitation.
If on the other hand you hear motor sounds but no agitation the agitator coupler bell may be stripped out.
