Whirlpool Commercial Washer only fills 1/2 way or less or rinse cycle

Hi,
I have a washer that fills perfectly on the initial wash cycle, but now will only fill 1/2 way or less on the rinse cycle.  Problem started 2 weeks ago.  Since I have to drive 1.5 hours to look at it, any suggestions on what to look for and what parts may be faulty would be appreciated so I can bring spare parts and trouble shoot it and fix it in only 1 visit.

looks like that thang has 2 water pressure switches. I bet sediment is in the hose of one of em.
