Cutoff-TML Failing multiple times

I have a Kenmore electric dryer (Model 110.67902791).  It has stopped drying 3 times.  Each time after checking components with a Ohm meter, the cutoff-TML has failed.  I have ordered and replaced this part from sears.  The dryer works great for 4 to 6 weeks then fails again.  The last time I also replaced the heating coil for good measure.  When ordering the cutoff-TML you also get the thermostat that mounts to the outside of the heating element enclosure.  I replaced this part each time also, even though it checked good.

So does anyone know what may be causing this cutoff-TML to keep failing?  Any help would be appreciated, this is getting expensive.  Thank you.

It is usually the result of poor air circulation either from a blocked vent, lint buildup inside the machine, vent too long with too many turns or the vent getting pinched off when the machine is pushed in.

That filter housing gets a film on it and blocks the holes to the drum. You  need to remove the filter housing, vacuum out the blower section, and wash out that filter housing with a water hose. Seen it.
