check and clean the inlet screens, you have an inlet error and that means the brains detected it took longer than expected to fill the washer. If they check out then find the small tube going to the control from tub and blow out the tube. Sediment may be causing a partial blockage.

Disregard above.  Pulled the side cover off and we are getting a little bit of water.  I pulled the water valve off and tried blowing thru it and nothing.  So I put 110v to it and can get a little air thru it.  Is it possible the valve is clogged internally even though the screen wasn't that bad?

If you had water connected to the valve with 110v and no water, yes, the valve is bad.

I just ordered the Valve should be here in a couple of days.  While I have this thing out, should I check the heating element?

On a separate note.  As I am a DIYer I do own a Auto repair shop.  And while I can't give advice to anyone here I would like to extend my help to everyone that has helped me with this that may ever need Auto repair advice.

My email:  chris@cmautorepair.net

Thanks and I will post results when the water valve is installed.
