I have a bosch that runs and runs and runs any ideas and if possible do you know where I can get a repair manual for it thanks Oscar

Failure in heater circuit. Most common failure is solder joint on the control board at the heater relay. Sometimes they can be resoldered and work, other times the control has to be replaced due to burnt contact in the relay.
