 Can I swap the outer tub and bearing from a Maytag Neptune MAH5500BWQ with a MAH4000AWW?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the outer tub for a MAH4000 has a hole in the back bottom left for the water level hose and the MAH5500 has the water level switch mounted on top of the pump.

 I haven't looked at the MAH4000 yet. I have a used MAH 5500. I'll have to look into it further.

Major, you didn't indicate why you needed to change outer tubs, but if it is due to seal and bearing failure,  I have done numerous bearing and seal replacements on these using seal kit #12002022 and 6206 and 6207 bearings with very good results.
