Good afternoon,
My Church has a deep fryer we use for fish Fry's it is an Anvil and it is a double fryer with 2 temp controls and one of the temperature controls is not working it wont maintain the correct temp. it just continues to rise in temperature any ideas where I might locate parts for it.

Check your yellow pages for a commercial kitchen supplier in your area.
Also, if you have a part number on the thermostat,send that to us.

REPCO REPLACEMENT PARTS, located in Texas rebuilds most commercial thermostats @ a much more reasonable price and a fantastic warranty. You can research on line at their website Repco Replacement Parts, Inc. Sorry don't have a link.
