Clothes not rinsed on Kenmore top loader

This is your basic direct drive unit. After the final spin the clothes are full of soap. The water valves are fine during filling. Could this be a timer issue not activating the water valve during the rinse cycle or possibly a slow spin under load?? Help Spin looks fine with no load

try running a few loads without soap. maybe they put too much

could it be the clutch wearing out and not spinning all the time? can you hold the tub with your hand while in spin?

Clean the cold water fill valve filter screen.
Reduce soap usage.
Reduce load size.
Verify cold water spray during spin.
