Kenmore Elite washer

Our 7 year old washer will fill for about 20 seconds then stop. Nothing else happens, the lights stay on. It does this in all settings.   I took off both fill hoses and checked the screens and hose flow. They are fine. I now have several inches of water in the tub from testing. Any  ideas?

That model number is incomplete the entire number will be on a tag at the 12 oclock position of the tub under the lid
