Whirlpool gas oven problem

Model SF367LEKQ has oven problem. The oven bake/broil not working (no gas no spark). Follwed tech service manual and checked DSI (direct spark ignition) control outputs and got correct 120VAC readings in bake and broil but I did not get the correct dc voltage output on bake or broil(~0.47VDC). I replaced the DSI and got the exact same results.

Gas distrubution valve ohms OK at both solenoids. Gas cooktop functioning but right rear burner ignitor continues to spark regardless of which burner is turned on. I am now considering replacing the ERC (electronic oven control). Any thoughts would be appreciated.
