Sears Dryer will not turn on

My Kenmore Dryer will not work. I stopped to pull a load out and when I tried to start a second load it didn't start. I checked the fuse box and that's not the issue. The dryer door pin/latch is intact and is pushed when door closes. There is power to the dryer because the dryer timer switch ticks when the door is shut. I replaced the thermal Fuse and still does not turn on. Can you help.

You must first use a volt meter to verify 220 volts at the wire terminal on the back of the dryer.
A ticking timer does not mean 220 volts are entering the dryer.
