washer will not agitate and dryer does not heat properly

hi, my washer will not agitate but agitater spins freely by hand any help would be great also i have the matching dryer and it does not heat or dry properly.

You simply need to replace the agitator dogs part number 80040. I have found a marvelous video on you tube that shows what to do. Basically this is an older machine but they all work on the same princible:
