Refrigerator Water Dispenser

Pump is OK.
I have water, and pressure to fitting at base of freezer door near hinge.
Line is clogged between this point and the dispenser.
How do I remove and replace this line?
Does the inner door skin remove?
It appears to be adhered by the insulation.
Help.

This is a very common problem with GE Side by sides.  So common that they made this part here   That is a heater kit with detailed instructions for your refrigerator on how to install it.   One thing i have found is that when i take the dispenser out, and start installing the kit, i use a hair dryer for about 5 minutes or so and blast hot air onto the waterline in the door, just helps speed up the process. You'l see in the instructions it may take up to 48 hours for water to start flowing again.  Well as a service tech making good money on this repair.  I have to leave the house with the water working
