I am looking for the service manual for this buit in range/convection oven. I am having difficulty removing user interface/control panel cover and in locating the screws used to fasten the unit in, they appear to be behind the user interface cover.

As a follow-up. Neither the bake or broiler element are functioning. I am almost certain that it is the thermal fuse (part#9759242). I am trying to access the control panel to test resistance on the fuse and elements as described by Whirlpool.
