bad limit on burner funnel

LG DLG8388WM Dryer - I have a bad  (M220) 6931EL3004b. I was sent a (m230) 6931EL3003c. Can I use the 6931el3003c instead. The 3003c is manual reset and the 3004b is auto reset.

Did they give an explanation why they sent you the limit with  a higher rating?
