Maytag Electric Range burners not working

Model #MER5770AAQ Serial #11111110YM. I have a Maytag Electric range. Two of the four burners aren't working. One of the back single elements doesn't come on and the one front element that has one element inside of the other, the outside element isnt working. Do the elements just need to be replaced or is it something else? Thanks for the info.
