GE front loader washer

[My GE]

my GE washer wont fill or spin when i try to run a cycle No water starts or anything it just locks and after about 3 minutes the pump drains starts and the it pauses. All diagnostic tests work except "t10". "t11", and "t14". When I push start for these 3 tests, the machine beeps twice instead of once and nothing happens. The machine also  returns an error code E54. I also checked the voltage at the inverter input harness and i have no voltage. i also checked the ohms at the wires on the motor and the sensor wires on the motor and they checked out good.

Is my inverter bad or my control board or something else.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!
And also if my inverter is bad will part# wh12x10414 work in place of wh12x10418

To find out whether it is a bad inverter, place your meter leads at the black and the white wires feeding the inverter from the main board. If you do not see 120 volts when the machine should be spinning, the upper main board may be failed. If 120 volts is present and the tub does not move, you have a bad inverter board.

And yes, the wh12x10414 is the same as the wh12x10418 so if you can find one or the other at a better price, go for it
