Did you know that Sears had a appliance forum?

I just found the sears appliance forum last night.
From what I have been told it's about a 1 1/2 years old.

They seem to have there fair share of unhappy customers, but I would guess that any large company like Sears that opens up a public forum is going to get them types of topics posted.

and the satisfied customers don't normally post on such forums ...
