Our oven takes a long time to heat up, and it will beep (to say it has reached the preset temperature) way before the oven has actually reached the preset temperature. After it has been heating for say 30 minutes the final temperature inside the oven is 25 degrees above what the set temperature is. Home from college and doing holiday baking with the family today and figure it's time to seek professional help.

You could just get a thermometer and tweak the knob to get a correct temp
