GE Dryer not heating and need service manual

Have a GE Dryer, that runs but does not heat.  I have cleared all air ways.  I am stumped on how to get to thermostats fuses and heating element.  Also I noticed that a new element with housing is $140.00.  Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to get into it.  I am not able to locate a service manual.  Thanks.

You think I need to replace the element?  I am trying to save on having to replace too many items.  Fuse or element would be the most common I assume.

You will not know until you break it down and check it.

First check the power with a meter you have to have 240 volts across red and black...next you will have to get into the machine to check the heater and fuses.
