That timer is bolted to the control panel. To get to them bolts the knob and skirt has to come off. The knob is held in place by a long black rod that mounts in the rear. To remove the knob you simply pull back the rod to release the knob and it comes right off The tip of the rod spreads the shaft and locks the knob onto it. When pulled back the rod releases the knob. Clever ain't it?
