Jenn Air Wall oven

84 year old Mom loves her old Jenn Air. Broiler element has stopped heating. Self Clean does not work. I am guess thermostat (no longer made) may be issue. Hopefully I am wrong.

Any help appreciated. Mom wants to bake pies for Thanksgiving..luckily she lives next door in our guest house. She really doesn't want a new oven at 84 years old..
Can it be fixed ?

Bottom element does work. On bake setting only bottom element works. Self clean stopped working before broil (top element) stoped working.
