Top agitator doesn't spin

Hi,

I'm new here so bear with me. I just replaced the motor coupler on my washer, put everything together and started using it. It spins nicely, but I noticed that the top agitator doesn't spin. The bottom one does, though.

Did I miss something when I put the machine back together? Or is this a new problem to deal with.

The top portion has 4 dogs inside it that mount on the base. They catch the edge of the top portion. Over time the facings of the dogs wear smooth and don't catch anymore.

This is a new problem that you had before replacing the coupler, but just now noticed.

You will need to replace the agitator dogs. This is a simple and cheap repair.
