eds300 Haier dishwasher

I just want to say thanks to all who helps out in this site. It has been very helpful to me. Now for my question I am currently working on a Haier dishwasher model# EDS300 no lights come on at the touch pad when pressed I am getting power to door latch switch and control board but while testing unit I did notice a high pitch whining noise coming from the control board.   And I would really like to get a service repair manual for this here piece of equipment so I can get it fixed and some advice thanks fellers.

 Thay model number doesn't match. I see a model ES300 or a model ESD302 which is a 5 cycle tall tub dishwasher.
