ge spacemaker microwave not heating

I am working on a ge spacemaker microwave model JVM1831WB004 display works and comes on but not heating at all anyone have a service repair manual or advice on what might be the problem thanks

can you hear the transformer kick in?

Repair-man:
The JVM series had issues with the triac on the Smart board. Check the board carefully for signs of loose solder joints around the power triac. If the HV transformer is not getting 120 volts on the primary side then the board is bad.

I dont hear the transformer kick in at all is there a service repair manual for it thanks

There's a mini-manual inside the control panel. If the transformer is not kicking in, the board is likely the problem.
