HELP ,im repairing my own Ref a Frigidair defrost problem

Ive replaced the adaptive defrost timer,and the defrost t-stat,and the heater ohms out good,I am a HVAC contractor trying to get back into the appliance repair back in the day ther wasnt any electronic boards ,ther was mechanical parts can some one shed some light on my DEFROSTIN problem??? The M# is FRS6R5ESBC

So explain what the unit is doing after you replaced all the parts. Then we can have a better idea on what to answer.

Thank you ,well it seems NOT to be defrosting at all every 3rd day heavy frost built up,I  went to the manuels section and if? it does this one more time I will try to manuely kick it into defrost,by pushing on and off the Ref light switch 5 times or more in 6 seconds,according to the manuels I appreciate your help SIR

Put a amp meter on your heater jumper your board if unit comes on board is bad and yes I read you just replaced it,double check all connections.I check the therm with freeze it.Quick spray and it lets me see if its working .
