Affinity error code 20

washer not completing cycle. tried spin only with no clothes. worked fine. put clothes back in, spin only did not work.
any one know what I can do?

how many clothes you puttin in? Some systems give errors too big of a load

Please post the full model number of your washer. You can find the model number on the model/serial number tag that is located on the washer.

if it is a frigidaire then F20 is a general error code . you need to hold down the last two button on the right at the same time.. this will give you the real error code... and let us know..
