Maytag LAT9356AAE Spin problem

  My washer will not go into the spin cycle, it spins but not at like a normal wash speed not quickly enough to dry the clothes. It worked fine before I replaced the driveshaft seal? The trasmisson spins just very slow. I looked at the bottom where the pulley is, it spins fast no slipping of the belt but if I push the motor in on the slid its like the transmission switchs gears because then the trans speeds up and the bottom pulley slows down but still not as fast as it should be?

Apparently somewhere in your repair process, the spin bearings are binding.

1.To what extent did you tear down the machine?

2. Did you have  cause to remove the large drive pulley on bottom for any reason?
