Sears Kenmore Garbage disposal won't work

I have an Sears Kenmore ISE (In Sink-Erator) Pro 333 garbage disposal (model number 175.6655) that has stopped working altogether. When I turn the switch on, nothing happens and I hear nothing (the motor had sounded like it was dying the last couple of weeks). Any ideas?

There is a reset button under the disposal.
Rest the power button. Take a 1/4 inch allen wrench and insert into the opening under the disposal and turn right and left to break loose the motor.
Look inside the disposal with a flashlight for any blockage,coins,screws etc.
