Frigidaire Dishwasher Pump Motor runs constant w/ door shut

I have a 14 month old model FDB4315LFC0 that I have had tons of problems with leaking front door seals at the bottom corners. Under warranty appliance serviceperson was able to fix by adding some additional seals. Well now 2 months out of warranty the pump is contantly running when the door is shut. No error codes. Stops when you open the door. It appears to be running in the wash mode, but no indication in the LED display. I tried cycling power, drained all water from tub, pulled machine and checked for any other water. Nothing.

Well finally managed to find Frigidaire provides schematics and see the control board manages (lil xpensive) the pump. Not sure of any other reason it would be stuck in the "wash" mode. I am thinking I need a control board (and I guess a gasket), but based on my indications was hoping someone else may be of some help.

Yes it sounds like a stuck relay on the control board. Seen it a few times on those.

Excellent. So Jeff how could he know for sure? Is their a test?

The power to the pump motor comes from a blue wire connected at P3-4 on the control. With power disconnected from the unit he could check for continuity between that terminal and the P1 terminal which is the Black L1 wire to the control. Continuity would indicate a stuck relay.
