Turn off the circuit breaker. Remove the outlet cover on the wall outlet and inspect the receptacle. The female terminals in the outlet are probably fried now and it needs replacing. Open the dryer and check all the wiring for burns or any melting. Pay attention to all thermostats and relays for any metal object that may have gotten past the drum and shorted out on a relay or thermostat.

A loosely installed power cord is the #1 reason for this kind of failure...start there.

Found the problem the previous owner had replaced the belt but had is routed the wiring harness on the wrong side of motor and it got chewed up pretty good. Thank god for circut breakers. Now all i need is a complete motor wiring harness,Thanks to all of you who had replied to my post.

Glad to hear you found the problem.
I looked up your model number and the wire harness is part number: 134133500.
I could not find anyplace online that had them in stock.
You maybe able to repair the old wire harness is you can splice and solder wires, just a thought.
