Kitchenaid wall oven thermal fuse

I am trying to find a part number or temp spec for the thermal fuse attached to the harness at the control board.  It doesn't show on the parts diagram but I've heard there is a number for it.  I've already replaced the defective thermal cutoff (AP3879224), and have a new board/panel (AP3175498) on order, but need the fuse also.  Any ideas?  Thanks
