GE Washer Problem with spin/agitate

I am looking for the tech service manual for this washing machine. Have attempted to reset the motor by opening/closing lid 6 times within 30 seconds (per GE washer video). Have replaced motor and control board but washer still will not agitate or spin but it will fill with water and pump water out.
