Whirlpool refrig not cooling

Unit was not cooling, compressor running and pulling approx 1.5amps. I replaced the main control board and re-programmed the unit. The compressor is running but it is not cooling. Thinking maybe a refrigerant leak? Refrig is 14 months old.

You would need to install a service tap and check refrigerant pressure. Touch the high side refrigerant line at the compressor (the small tubing). If it is cool or ambient to the touch you have a leak or a non-pumping compressor.

freezer temp -2.5F, frig at 55F

sorry, those temp readings are not for this unit. this unit is not cool in either frig or freezer

Your amp draw is normal. Sounds like low refrigerant(leak).
