dryer won't spin or heat

I have a kenmore gas dryer that wont tumble and does'nt heat,
The blower motor does work.

Must be a broken belt and a bad fuse

yep belt is broken,there is also a felt or cotton belt that the drum
rides on,that is all torn up and may have caused the belt to brake.
what would you call this so i can order it also. thank you for your help.

The belt is part # 341241 , the fuse is part # 3392519, the seal is part # 279857O0
