Using Links
« on: February 17, 2008, 08:41:34 AM »
Feel free to post any links you feel are helpful.

Also if you have some type of affiliate account with a appliance parts site I encourage you to use your own affiliate parts links.

If you have a appliance repair website that sells parts or products feel free to link to it.

If you would like to use our affiliate parts links the easiest one to use at this time would be the RepairClinic.com links.

For AppliancePartsPros.com affiliate links we have a special page we have to sign into and create each link, not so with the RepairClinic.com links.

Anyone can create a link to a RepairClinic.com part or page and put in the ApplianceJunk.com partner ID code (R=1522) so our site gets credit for the sale.

Here is how the RepairClinic.com links work.

To link to the repairclinic home page, using the appliancejunk.com partner ID code use this link.

http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=1522&P=1&Ref=8965

Affiliate links should be formatted as follows:

Link to a page (fill in the blanks with your own information)

http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=____&P=____

Link to a product (fill in the blanks with your own information)

http://www.repairclinic.com/referral.asp?R=____&N=____

R = ApplianceJunk.com  partner ID or Referrer account number.  R=1522

P = The RepairClinic.com Page number you want to direct your visitors to

If you have a specific part number you want to direct a customer to you would add:  &N=

N = The RepairClinic.com part Number you want to direct your visitors to.

Please don't feel you need to use our affiliate links. I know one other member already understands how the RepairClinic.com affiliate link system works so I wanted to share this info with everyone else too.

Have fun and enjoy.. :)

If you set up an account with midwest you have your choice of new or rebuilt timers or you can send off the timer and have it rebuilt. Timer prices for new are starting at 34 dollars for new, 24 bucks for rebuilt,18 bucks to rebuild and up. A list of available timers will be sent or you can call their 800 number and order directly from them. They are real nice folks from michigan, Over the years I have saved a ton of money, remember though I was an appliance dealer,Lots of my customers were local repairmen. I ordered a many a timer from these fine folks.
