Noisey Eterna Series Refrig/freezer

When my refrigerator/freezer motor starts up, it sounds like a jet engine is inside of it. It eventually stops as it gets to the full power cycle, but is the motor going bad and need to be replaced?

If your taking about your evap motor and its that loud ,yes replace it. Soon!!
