Jenn-Air grill-range with self-cleaning radiant bake and convection oven

seems to take longer (15-20 mins..) to bake items the past few months.unit is probably 20 yrs old.came with house which we bought 5 yrs ago.your thoughts (besides buying new)?

After 20 years, the door gasket tends to harden and not provide a decent seal. This causes temperature loss inside the oven cavity which translates into longer bake times. You might inspect the door gasket and replace it if it is brittle or if there are signs of scorching at the top corners where the heat loss is occurring.  Hopefully you can still get the part to avoid having to replace this oven.

took a look at gasket and saw tears/unraveling on bottom of door along with discoloring.sides and top okay. will look for replacement gasket.thanks
