The easy way is to remove the cabinet. Once you have the cabinet removed it's easy to see the switch and harness.

This pdf guide will show you how to remove the cabinet.

Exactly what I needed, everything went smoothly. Thanks for the web site and all of the information. Ya'll sure are going to slow down the appliance repairman's workload. Soon they may all be like the Maytag repairman.
