Magic Chef Fridge Cant Make go on test defrost ??

I Tryed light swich 3 5 times,Replaced the defrost board and by passed the test with first wire and nothing
I also tryed turning off the the cold control off and on 3 times and nothig
any suggestions??

do some voltage tests while it should be in the forced Defrost cycle ..

Hi ! Thanks for all your support, the web site has helped soooooooo much, it is very iformative,and I have been givig it
to my clients who call, and want to repair on their own as well as to my friends who do appliance repair .
Any way About the magic cheff  fridge, I sold it, and is working fine customer hasnt call back for not defrosting.
I have 2 0r 3 fridges all may tag that do the same dont test defrost, I have checked the heater, defrost thermostat and don't do the defrost test is there another way to find out if it defrosts???  one of them is a Kenmore Limited edition
but is May tag it works fine but when defrosts wont start again, if I turn the power off and on it goes again
is that a sign that the defrost card is not working right???
