Hay we need each others advice, I ain't had the pleasure of working on any LG appliances but I am learning a lot myself. An old man like meself needs to ask as much questions as possible on these new fangled electronic space shuttle gizmos they have out now. I need to brush up on my TV/Radio repair skills to know how to fix these puppys!

I'm not a applianace repairman, just a semi-retired electronic technician (Delco automotive electronic) and have fixed most of my own appliances and a few TV's in the past.
I have collected about 20 various wood Zenith (tube) table radios and a few floor models.. haven't worked on them yet...
I could go on...

We had an Amana (cheap scratch & dent sale) washer that after 7yrs must have learned we live near the airport.
I wasn't into replacing the tub seal & bearing, so went looking for a new washer/dryer.
I found the LG service manuals on-line and liked the manuals, and I D/L them all.
I even have a few Training manuals & videos (no longer online)
Parts are avaliable from Sears and a few other places... (unlike some other brands)
